Choreography Workshop (Recommended ages: 11-18)
September 28 – November 16
Mondays, 4:00pm – 6:00pm
It’s time to get creative! In this class we will enhance stage performance skills, go deeper into different styles of choreography and technique, and have the opportunity to create your own dance sequence and teach it to your peers! This Choreography Workshop will not only have the opportunity for students to learn together from a dance instructor but will also give students the opportunity to learn from and lead each other. Each student will be given a variety of dance styles/genres to choose from to create their own choreography. They will teach the group, who will then provide feedback to help them grow in their choreography and leadership skills. They will also perform practiced sequences in small group and as a group we will workshop performance skills and stage presence.
Theatre 101 (Recommended ages: 8-10)
October 1 – November 19

Being a triple threat starts with the basics! Young performers can learn the fundamentals of musical theatre and stage performance, improve their singing skills, learn about “selling a song,” what to expect in an audition, how to have good stage presence, and so much more! If you want to have a solid foundation for starting your performance journey, or if you have been performing and need to build on skills you already have, this is the class for you!
